The business meeting is usually the FIRST SATURDAY of each month at 9:00 AM at the MVRC clubhouse at Wilt and Jefferson (6609 Jefferson). Breakfast at 8:00 AM. The clubhouse location is shown here. See the Local Oscillator for the current information.
The club has many projects. Four important ones for 2011 - 2012 are

- The Bean Feed, April 29, at the clubhouse.
- Field Day, June 23-24
- Christmas Party - Probably December 6 - 6:00 PM at Furr's Cafeteria
