K5B Sample QSL
The Mesilla Valley Radio Club of Las Cruces, New Mexico operated special events station K5B on March 21, 2010 in conjunction with the 21st annual Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon held at the White Sands Missile Range from 1000Z to 2300Z. We considered it very successful because we made over four hundred contacts.
On the evening of April 29, WA5DJJ, KE5OFK, KF5DNI, WV5N, and WB4AEJ met at the MVRC club house. About one hundred cards were filled out, envelopes were stuffed, and they were placed in a blue plastic tub ready to be transported to the Post Office for mailing. If you sent a QSL request, you should be receiving it shortly after this date.
